1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of burj-khalifa-tickets.shop (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Service — Affiliate Site

burj-khalifa-tickets.shop is an independent affiliate website participating in the Viator Partner API Program. We provide travel information and booking referrals for Burj Khalifa and related attractions in Dubai. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Burj Khalifa, Emaar Properties PJSC, Emaar Hospitality Group, At The Top LLC, or any of their subsidiaries.

All bookings are processed and fulfilled by Viator, Inc. (a Tripadvisor company), who is the seller and merchant of record for any tickets you purchase via this Site. We do not handle the booking contract, issue tickets, or provide direct customer service for the booking itself.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Prices, availability, cancellation policies, and product descriptions are determined and controlled by Viator. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that pricing or availability shown on this Site will match the final values displayed on Viator's platform at the time of booking.

4. How Bookings Work

When you submit booking information through this Site, your data is securely transmitted to Viator's API. Any contract, transaction, or service agreement is formed exclusively between you and Viator under Viator's Terms & Conditions. We act solely as a referral and information layer.

5. Pricing

Prices shown on this Site are quoted in AED and are indicative only. Final pricing, taxes, fees, currency conversion, and availability are determined by Viator at the time of booking. We may apply a small service fee that is included in the displayed price.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations, modifications, refunds, and rescheduling requests are governed by Viator's policies. To cancel or modify a booking, contact Viator support at viator.com/support with your booking confirmation number. We cannot issue refunds or modify bookings on Viator's behalf.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to bypass our security or authentication mechanisms; (c) submit fraudulent, false, or stolen payment information; (d) scrape, copy, or republish content from the Site; (e) interfere with the operation of the Site or its API integrations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, code) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The names "Burj Khalifa", "At The Top", "SKY 148", "The Lounge", "Viator" and "Tripadvisor" are trademarks of their respective owners, used here strictly for identification.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site or any booking made through Viator. Our total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms shall not exceed USD 100.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
