Are you the official Burj Khalifa website?

No. We are an independent affiliate of Viator (a TripAdvisor company). We are not affiliated with Burj Khalifa or Emaar Properties PJSC. The official site is burjkhalifa.ae.

Who is the seller of my ticket?

Viator, Inc. Viator processes payment, issues your voucher, and provides customer service for the booking. Your contract is with Viator under their Terms & Conditions.

How do you make money?

When you complete a booking, Viator pays us a referral commission. This does not increase your price. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

How quickly will I receive my tickets?

Instantly after Viator confirms payment. The voucher with QR code is emailed to the address you provided.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — under Viator's policies, typically free cancellation up to 24 hours before your time slot. Manage your booking at viator.com/support. We cannot cancel or refund on Viator's behalf.

What's the difference between At The Top and SKY?

At The Top is the iconic deck on floors 124-125. SKY takes you to floor 148 (555 m) — the highest outdoor observation in the world — with a guided experience and refreshments.

Is The Lounge worth it?

If you want a calm, exclusive experience with food, drinks and the highest indoor & outdoor terrace anywhere — yes. It's an experience, not just a view.

Are children allowed?

Yes. Children under 4 are typically free for At The Top tickets but still need a reservation.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Card data is encrypted in your browser using RSA-OAEP-256 before it leaves your device, then forwarded to Viator's PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your full card number or CVV.

What currency are prices in?

Prices on this site are quoted in AED (UAE Dirham) for reference. Final pricing in your billing currency is calculated by Viator at checkout.
