1. Who we are
burj-khalifa-tickets.shop ("we", "us", "the Site") is an independent online travel content and reservation referral service. We are not Emaar Properties PJSC, Emaar Hospitality Group, Emaar Entertainment LLC, At The Top LLC, or any subsidiary, partner, agent, joint venture, licensee, franchisee, or representative thereof. Our use of the names "Burj Khalifa", "At The Top", "SKY 148" and "The Lounge" is strictly nominative — i.e. solely to describe the attraction whose tickets are being marketed — under recognised principles of fair use and applicable trademark law.
2. Our relationship with Viator
We participate in the Viator Partner API Program operated by Viator, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tripadvisor, Inc. ("Viator"). Viator is the merchant of record for every ticket booking initiated through this Site. This means:
- Viator collects payment, processes your card, and issues the booking voucher.
- Viator's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy govern your booking.
- Viator handles all customer service, refunds, cancellations, schedule changes, and disputes for the ticket itself.
- The contract for the ticket is between you and Viator only.
3. How we are compensated
When you click certain links on this Site and complete a qualifying purchase on Viator's platform, Viator pays us a referral commission. This commission does not increase the price you pay. It is paid by Viator out of the standard gross merchant value of the booking.
We have a financial incentive to recommend bookings through Viator. We disclose this clearly and prominently:

Prices shown on this Site are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), are indicative, and may include a service fee. Final pricing, currency conversion, taxes, fees, time-slot availability, and product descriptions are determined by Viator and the underlying Attraction Operators at the moment of booking. The price you actually pay is the price confirmed by Viator on its checkout. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep prices current but make no warranty of accuracy.
